Where is your tuna sourced from?
Our tuna is sustainably wild-caught in the pristine waters of the Eastern Pacific Ocean using dolphin-safe, pole-and-line fishing methods.
What is the shelf life of your canned products?
Our canned seafood typically has a shelf life of 3 to 4 years from the date of production. Please check the 'Best By' date printed on the bottom of each can.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer a subscription service?
Yes! You can choose to subscribe and save 10% on every order. You can select delivery intervals of 30, 60, or 90 days and cancel at any time.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
Are your cans BPA-free?
Yes, all Natural Catch products are packed in BPA-free cans to ensure the highest food safety and quality standards for our customers.
